Photojojo Review

I feel like I'm really on a roll with these photography related posts and I want to keep that momentum going.  Photography is everything in my life now.  It's how I met my husband, how I pay the bills, how I see my future.  So, to say the least, I am a little obsessed with it.  So when I find websites like Photojojo, I get a little overly excited and dork out for hours on end.

It's just one of those website that I cannot get enough of.  And even though I've literally spent hours exploring everything in their shop I still feel like I see something new each time I go there.

Recently, I bought something that was just one of those things that I absolutely had to have.  An item I got so obsessed over I actually dreamed about it.  It's not some big life-saving camera accessory or even an item that would benefit my business in some way.  Nope.  I don't dorkily obsessed over things like that.

No, I obsess over those little joys in life that make my smile each time I see them.  Which is how I feel about Photojojo's 24-105mm f/4L IS... Coffee Lens Mug.  Yup, that's it!

As I sit here, I am drinking some lovely coffee out of my Coffee Lens Mug and looking at it with that look of love that is reserved mostly for my husband, my dog, and my cameras.

I. Love. This. Mug.  And I am not ashamed to say it.

I own the 24-105mm f/4L IS lens and when I first tore the Coffee Mug version of it out of the packaging (yes, it was ripped to shreds) I immediately held the two side by side to see how realistic this mug really way.  Yeah, it's realistic.  Exact same size and exact same feel.  Obviously the real lens is quite a bit heavier and doesn't have a lid, and the switches of the mug are fixed in place.  But other than those tiny little differences, you can't tell the difference between the two.

I freakin' LOVE this thing.

Have I mentioned that I also love Photojojo?  Because I do.  I really, really do.  Not just because at least half of their store is on my "must have... someday" list.  Although that is one reason.  No, I love this story because it's quirky, it's fun!  Their items are quirky and fun, but so is the company itself.

Just order something and you'll see what I mean when you open your order confirmation email.

If you have an iPhone, a DSLR, and a freakish obsession with everything photography then get in there now!  Unless of course you're broke and still have to pay rent this month... in that case you may want to avoid it because Photojojo's unique selection of fun-ness is affordable but addicting.

I'm already saving my pennies for the Ring Flash Adapter.  Because I already look oh-so-cool when I have my camera around my neck, this will just add to it.  And make for a great change-up on my flash technique.

Someday, when my coffee addiction makes it so that 12 oz. is no longer enough coffee to get me through the day, there's always the 70-200 mug.  For you Nikon users?  First of all, you suck (juuuuust kidding!), second of all, yeah, there are mugs for you, too!

I think I'll end this here because I want you to make your own decision on how awesome Photojojo is.  Head on over, and see for yourself.  Just be careful if you haven't paid that rent check yet...
